How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are made to order and ship within 3-5 business days. Please choose the appropriate shipping speed at checkout depending on how quickly you need to receive your order.

How will my items be packaged?
Oyster jewelry dishes will each arrive in a 4x4 box, ready for gifting! Jewelry will arrive in a soft pouch, perfect for safe storage.
How do I choose a bracelet size?
Take a piece of string or ribbon and wrap it around your wrist how you would like the bracelet to fit, then measure with a tape measure or ruler.
Care
Caring for Gold Fill and Sterling Silver Jewelry
Our jewelry will last you many years if cared for properly. While our jewelry is water resistant, chemicals and salt found in pools and the ocean can damage your jewelry over time. Avoid contact with these if possible, and wash off your jewelry and dry with a soft cloth if you do swim in your jewelry pieces.
Avoid spraying perfumes directly on your jewelry, and wait for lotions and perfumes to absorb before putting on your jewelry pieces.
Your jewelry can be soaked in warm soapy water with non-toxic cleaners when a deeper clean is needed.
Sterling silver jewelry will be sent with a silver polishing cloth which can be used to help prevent oxidation and return your jewelry to it's original shine. You may also use silver jewelry cleaner for a deeper clean.
How do I care for my oyster jewelry dish?
Avoid contact with soaps and water as this can affect the topcoat and the gold trim on the dish. A damp cloth can be used lightly to clean the dish if needed.
